More than 1,000 decision-makers in the catering industry are asked their opinion as to which new products have been the most successful over the past year.

The top three products from 24 categories receive the coveted CATERING STAR 2017 award.

The Stein’s BEST BBQ MEAT Booster can be used with all types of meat. Dissolved in water or apple juice and injected into the meat using the Aroma Injector, it brings the seasoning to the exact place it is needed: right in the centre of the meat. However, the meat can also be marinated.
